오늘은 피부과 시술 중 빼놓을 수 없는
"필러"에 대해 말해보고자 합니다😊
1996년 스웨덴의 Q-Med사에서 레스틸렌 필러가 나온 후 많은 종류의 필러들이 출시되었습니다.
Biphasic 필러
Biphasic 필러는 탄성이 높아, 코 필러에 효과가 좋습니다.
Monophasic 필러
monophasic 필러는 점성이 좋아서 끊어짐이 없어, 이마와 같은 넓은 부위 시술에 장점이 있습니다.

필러 만들 때 여러 단백질들이 들어가기 때문에,
이들에 의한 이상반응이 나타나서 부작용 때문에 시장에서 퇴출되는 필러들이 있습니다.

필러는 단순히 주입하는 것이 아니라,

피부 상태에 따라서 주입방법을 달리해야 합니다.
똑같은 필러를 얼굴에 넣어서 얼굴을 더 작게도 만들 수 있고, 더 크게도 만들 수 있으며,
얼굴을 길게 늘일 수도 있고, 얼굴을 작게 좁힐 수도 있습니다.
코 필러
"코 필러 시 고려 사항"
1. 현재 코의 길이가 얼굴 비율과 맞는가?
짧으면 길게 만들어야 하고, 길면 짧게 만들어야 합니다.
2. 콧대(눈 사이)의 높이 결정
콧대가 높으면, 이질적으로 보이지만 눈이 몰려 보이고,
낮으면 성격이 순해 보이지만, 눈 사이가 멀어져 보입니다
3. 필러의 선택
시간이 지나도 처음 시술 시의 형태를 잘 유지해 줄 수 있는 필러를 선택해야 합니다
(대부분의 필러들은 시간이 지나면 옆으로 퍼져서 코가 넓어져 보이는 현상이 나타납니다)
4. 안정성
"팔자주름 필러 고려 사항"
노화의 진행으로 팔자주름과 마리오 넷 주름(입 옆주름)이 생깁니다.
피부과의사가 필러 시술을 처음 입문하는 곳이
팔자주름이기도 하지만,
이상하게도, 하면 할수록 어려워하는 곳이 팔자주름 필러입니다.
어려워하는 이유는 팔자주름이 사람마다 제각각이기 때문입니다.
팔자주름의 형태와 발생 원인에 따라,
다양한 테크닉으로 필러를 주입한다면,

왜 이쁘다고 느낄까요?

이유는 광대에서 입술아래턱까지 이어지는 라인이 연결이 되느냐,

볼 필러는 꺼진 곳을 단순히 채우는 것이 아닌, 선을 이쁘게 만드는 것이라고 할 수 있겠습니다.
"눈밑 필러"
사람얼굴을 처음 쳐다보았는데, 상대방의 눈이 먼저 보였다면, 그 사람은 미인/미남 입니다.
눈보다 먼저 보이는 곳이 있다면, 그곳은 고쳐야 될 필요성이 있는 곳일 겁니다.
눈밑이 꺼져 있으면 생기가 없어보이고, 나이들어 보입니다.
눈밑 필러는 시술하기가 많이 까다로운 부위입니다.
그래서, 눈밑필러를 하지않는 병원도 있으며, 필러시술이 쉽지 않다보니,
필러이외의 다른방법들(쥬베룩, 울트라콜, 실......)이 다양하게 있습니다.
하지만, 가장 정교하게 할 수 있는 방법은 필러입니다.
필러시술로 사진처럼 될 것이라는 환상을 가지면 안 됩니다.
위사진의 눈밑꺼짐을 필러로 평평하게 만들면 어떤 부작용이 생길까요?
다크써클이 더 넓어보인다 : 꺼진부분에 필러를 채우면 피부가 올라오면서 검은색피부가 눈에 더 잘 보이게 됩니다.
눈밑 피부와 볼의 피부는 두께도 다르고, 모공의 갯수와 넓이도 달라서 다른피부인데, 평평하게 맞춰놓으면 다름이 잘 보일 수 있습니다.
모든 사람이 그렇게 보이지는 않겠지만, 그럴수도 있다는 것을 고려하고,
그래도 꺼진 것 보다는 평평한 것이 더 좋기 때문에,
더 유익이 되는 쪽을 선택하는 것이 옳겠습니다.

Since Restylane filler was introduced by Q-Med in Sweden in 1996, many types of fillers have been developed.
Biphasic Filler

Filler injection is not simply about placing product;
it requires understanding each individual's unique image,
and the injection technique must be adapted to the skin's condition.
The same filler can make the face appear smaller or larger,
longer or shorter, depending on how it's placed.
Nose Filler
"Considerations for Nose Filler"
1. Does the current nose length match facial proportions?
If short, it should be lengthened; if long, it should be shortened.
2. Determining bridge height (between the eyes)
A higher bridge may look unnatural but can bring the eyes closer together,
while a lower bridge may look softer but makes the eyes appear farther apart.
3. Filler selection
Choose a filler that maintains its shape well over time.
(Most fillers tend to spread sideways over time, making the nose appear wider)
4. Safety

Nasolabial folds and marionette lines develop with age.

Why doesn't it look as pleasing?
The difference is whether the line from the cheekbone to the lower jaw is smooth and connected,
or uneven and discontinuous.
When comparing cheeks alone, the person on the left has more attractive cheeks.
This is the same person – which cheek side looks more attractive to you?
Cheek filler is not simply about filling hollows – it's about creating beautiful contours.
"Under-eye Filler"
When you first look at someone's face and their eyes are what you notice first, they are beautiful.
If you notice something else before the eyes, that area likely needs attention.
Hollowing under the eyes makes the face look tired and older.
Under-eye filler is a delicate procedure to perform.
Some clinics don't offer it, and because it's technically challenging,
alternative methods exist (Juvederm, UltraColl, threads, etc.).
However, filler remains the most precise method.
Don't expect filler results to look exactly like photos.
What happens if we try to make the under-eye hollowing completely flat with filler?
Dark circles appear wider: When filler fills the hollow, the skin rises and the dark pigmentation becomes more visible.
The under-eye skin differs from cheek skin in thickness, pore size, and number, so making them perfectly level may highlight this difference.
Not everyone experiences these effects, but it's worth considering.
Since flat under-eyes generally look better than hollow ones,
we choose the option that provides the greatest benefit.
